There was a huge Apple tree...
A Little boy loved to play with it
He Love to climb the tree, love to eat apples...love to take the nap under its shadow
Times went on...
The Boy grew up...
And he no longer play around the tree

One day the boy came....
The Tree asked him...
"Hi…
Come and Play with me..."
The boy replied.
" I m not a kid. I don't play around tree"
"I play with toys. I need money to buy toys."
The Tree said... "I Don't have Money but you can take all my apples and sell them.
You will get the MONEY."
The boy picked all the apples of the tree and went...
He sold the apples and got money... he bought lots of toys...
But he didn't turn back...

The Tree was again sad...

..
..
One day again the boy came, he became a young man now......
The Tree said... "HI...Why Are you sad? Come and Sit under my shadow...
I m feeling very lonely without you..."
The boy said...
"I don't have time...
I work for my family...
I want to build Home for them... I Need money..."
The Tree said.. "I don't have money... You can take my Branches and Trunk... and build you home...."
The Boy Became Happy...
He cut all the branches and trunk of the tree
And built a home for him......
Again, the tree became alone...

The boy didn't turn back…

Time passes on …
After Long time the boy came back…

He was so old...
Looking sad ...
Tired...
And Lonely…
The Tree asked him... “Why are you Sad...?
I Wish... I can help you...
...but I Don't have Apples... I don't have branches... Even
I don't have Shadow...
Nothing to Offer you...
The Boy (Old man) Replied...
“I am tired of my life...
I am alone..."
..." I just need you ...
Can I sit down at your roots."

The Boy (Old man) sits down... Both were happy & weeping...
Is the boy really cruel and selfish??

We don't have Time for our Parent...
No matter what, parent will always give everything...

Please love to your parent...
Don't forget them...
Give them Time...
Give them your company...
They will be happy by seeing you happy....
Please don't leave your parent...
Gratitude them...
One can have Child as many as he want, but parent he gets only ONCE...

'मैं' को जानने से ही अहंकार से मुक्ति संभव
मैं' के दो रूप होते हैं- एक बाह्य और दूसरा आंतरिक। जब हम कहते हैं कि मैं ये हूं, मैं वो हूं अर्थात अपनी शिक्षा, विशेषता या जीवनवृत्ति को मैं मान लेते हैं तो वह मैं का बाह्य या आरोपित रूप होता है। वह असल में अहंकार है। जब हम कहते हैं कि यह मेरा शरीर है, ये मेरे हाथ हैं तो यह शरीर और हाथ मैं नहीं हैं। जिसका यह शरीर है, जिसके ये हाथ हैं और जो यह सोच रहा है तथा जिसकी वजह से हम अपने मनोभावों को व्यक्त कर पा रहे हैं, वह तो असल में 'मैं' है।
मैं के वास्तविक स्वरूप को जानने के लिए पहले हमें अपने पूरे शरीर का विश्लेषण करना चाहिए। मनुष्य केवल भौतिक शरीर नहीं है। इस भौतिक शरीर में एक मन और एक आत्मा का भी अस्तित्व है। मोटे तौर पर शरीर को तीन कोशों में बांटा गया है: स्थूल शरीर, कारण शरीर और सूक्ष्म शरीर। यदि स्थूल शरीर ही नहीं होगा तो कारण शरीर और सूक्ष्म शरीर का अस्तित्व ही नहीं हो सकता। स्थूल शरीर भौतिक शरीर है, कारण शरीर हमारा मन है और सूक्ष्म शरीर वह सत्ता है, जिसको वास्तव में हमें खोजना है। मन वह सेतु है, जिसका एक छोर भौतिक शरीर की प्रतीति कराता है तो दूसरा छोर सूक्ष्म शरीर अथवा वास्तविक मैं या चेतना अथवा आत्मा की।
जब तक भौतिक शरीर है, मैं की मुक्ति नहीं। यह 'मैं', जब तक शरीर है तब तक विद्यमान रहेगा। यह वास्तविक अहंकार है और यह त्याज्य नहीं है। मैं को जानने के लिए मिथ्या अहंकार और वास्तविक अहंकार में अंतर करना और इन दोनों को अलग-अलग समझना जरूरी है।
मिथ्या अहंकार का अर्थ है इस भौतिक शरीर को आत्मा समझ लेना। जब कोई यह जान जाता है कि मिथ्या अहंकार क्या है और उससे क्या नुकसान हो रहा है तो वह वास्तविक अहंकार को प्राप्त होता है। यही स्वयं को जानना है। इसी को न जानने से सारे क्लेश उत्पन्न होते हैं।
मन अर्थात कारण शरीर की गति दो प्रकार की होती है- आंतरिक और बाह्य। जब मन भौतिक जगत की वस्तुओं की आकांक्षा करता है, तो यह उसकी बाह्य गति है। मन की आंतरिक गति से तात्पर्य है मन का बाह्य जगत की वस्तुओं से मुक्त होकर निविर्कार हो जाना। जैसे-जैसे मन में वस्तुओं की इच्छा कम होती जाती है, संबंधों में रागद्वेष की भावना की समाप्ति होती जाती है और मन आंतरिक यात्रा की ओर उन्मुख होना शुरू हो जाता है। जब तक मन में तनिक भी इच्छा शेष है, वह निविर्कार नहीं हो सकता और विकारयुक्त मन आत्मा में स्थित नहीं हो सकता।
विकारयुक्त होने का अर्थ है मन की बाह्य गति का प्रभावी होना। मन की बाह्य गति को रोकने के लिए योग में वणिर्त पांचवें और छठे अंग प्रत्याहार और धारणा का अभ्यास अपेक्षित है। प्रत्याहार अर्थात इंदियों के पीछे जो मन काम करता है, उस को खींच लेना। आंखें देखते हुए भी देख न सकें, कान ध्वनि होते हुए भी सुन न सकें- यही विलगाव स्वयं को जानने की प्रक्रिया में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु है।
हम मन को किसी बाह्य बिंदु पर भी केंद्रित कर सकते हैं और आंतरिक जगत में भी, लेकिन मन से छुटकारा नहीं है। मन पर नियंत्रण मन के द्वारा ही संभव है। बाह्य जगत में चेतन मन तथा आंतरिक जगत में अवचेतन तथा अचेतन मन। जब चेतन मन के द्वारा अवचेतन तथा अचेतन मन निर्विकार हो जाता है, तो चेतना का वास्तविक स्वरूप स्पष्ट होने लगता है। इसी की खोज वास्तविक अहंकार अथवा 'मैं' की खोज है। वास्तविक अहंकार अथवा 'मैं' की खोज होने पर ही मिथ्या अहंकार अथवा मैं की समाप्ति संभव है।
